The Alaska Performance Scholarship (APS) is available to all Alaska high school graduates.  To qualify, students must have a specific set of courses in their high school career, a qualifying GPA, and a qualifying test score (ACT or SAT for 2 or 4 year degree programs, WorkKeys for certification programs).  For more information on the requirements for the APS, click below:

To apply for the APS, qualifying students need to complete the FAFSA for each year they wish to use the scholarship.  The new FAFSA application becomes available October 1 of each year for completion using the tax information from the previous year.
